About this bottle
Designed with cocktails in mind, Chairman’s Reserve White Rum (formerly Silver) is a molasses-based rum produced at St Lucia Distillers. It is distilled using both copper pot and Coffey column stills. The rums are aged individually in ex-bourbon barrels for 3-4 years before being blended and allowed to mature together in oak vats for an additional 6 months.
