The aroma offers notes of vanilla, caramel, and toffee. The texture is thin, with complex tastes of cane sugar, vanilla, spice, and a whisper of chocolate-covered cherries. The finish is light, with a touch of honey, and sulfur-molasses (a flavor I don't prefer). This is a very good aged rum.
