This was great. It has pleasant cooked agave, citrus, white pepper, and flowery herbaceousness. The 100 proof gives it a thick quality that helps the tequila become full and have an excellent mouthfeel and finish. You can drink it easily straight. If you want a Blanco worth $100 that’s good, I would definitely suggest this.

About this bottle
Produced in Los Valles, Jalisco, this 100% blue Weber agave tequila contains no additives. The agave is cooked in an autoclave, milled by roller, and fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks without fibers. It undergoes a double distillation in a stainless steel pot still. Unlike the No. 7 Blanco, this expression is presented at a higher 100 proof.
