Nose: agave, floral, blueberry, cinnamon. Taste: matches the nose. This bottle is extremely overhyped. It is indeed a rich, quality, additive-free tequila. However, I've experienced better-tasting, more complex blancos for half the price, and you can find those much more easily.

About this bottle
Cazcanes No. 10 Blanco Still Strength is an additive-free tequila made entirely from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Los Valles region of Jalisco. The agave is processed using an autoclave for cooking, a roller mill for crushing, and fermentation with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks, excluding agave fibers. It undergoes double distillation in a stainless steel pot still. This expression differs from the No. 7 Blanco by being bottled at its natural still strength of 54% ABV, without dilution.
