Rick Burch, the bassist for Jimmy Eat World, owns and operates CaskWerks in Tempe, Arizona. They currently offer gin and an apple pie liqueur and are developing a wheat whisky. Their gin uses Portuguese juniper, which is noted for imparting less pine character. This product is only available within Arizona.
