MPR- Great for sipping and light mixing. Spent the week at the Grand Canyon with this bottle. Vanilla aroma and creamy caramel flavor make it a top choice. Sometimes enjoyed straight and other times with a pour of Pineapple Strawberry LaCroixe. Either way, a nice end to a night, feeling upscale after active vacation adventures in a national park lodge. Here, the vanilla from the unaged spirit has transitioned into caramel and butterscotch. The influence from the Cognac comes through with crisp, bright high notes of brandy sweetness, creating an unusual dessert-like character. The agave is subdued again, but the flavors blend well.
