For a sourced “Canadian whiskey” (Sazerac) this is a caramel explosion! Delicious toffee and perhaps fig? Lots of flavor for the proof upfront, finishes quickly so it keeps you coming back for more. MUCH BETTER than the original. If you have the opportunity, this store pick did not let me down.
