An intense, 6-year-old Islay Whisky; the third batch of Caol Ila from That Boutique-y Whisky Company! The initial award-winning batch was launched for Fèis Ìle 2013. It has a sooty & smoky beginning with notes of honied barley, hints of sweet floral & cumin. The rich & full body adds notes of juicy oak, pecan, linseed, hints of persimmon & starfruit, leading to a long, ashy finish with a touch of lemon. December 2017 / August 2022.
