Made with 100% blue Weber agave from Jalisco's highlands, this tequila contains no additives. Autoclave cooking and roller mill extraction of the agave are followed by stainless steel tank fermentation without fibers and double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. It spends at least 7 months resting in barrels that previously held cognac and bourbon.

A vibrant Agave Spirit with tastes of cooked agave, earthiness, wood, fruit, and spices; a complex profile reveals notes of citrus, celery, anise, and thyme, leading to a medium-length herbal finish with hints of pepper, oak, honey, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, leather, smoke, and sea spray.
Sampled as part of a tasting flight. A standard reposado.
