Sweet caramel and toasted oak on the nose after it settles, with hints of maple syrup, bananas foster, vanilla, a bit of spice, and a trace of cigar smoke. Very sweet and slightly spicy on the palate. Flavors include caramel, vanilla, pink peppercorn, ginger, a touch of molasses, and faint charred wood. The body is average, with a thin to medium texture and fairly quick-appearing legs in the glass. The finish is pleasant but brief, with a bittersweet character resembling toffeed walnuts. An intense cane liqueur from Colombia slow aged using the Solera system. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of tropical fruit & caramelized vanilla; while a full life adds notes of banana, mango, coconut & dense toffee, that led to a long & rich end with a hint of dark chocolate toasted nuts & more banana. August 2018
A sharp sensation on the tongue followed by a smooth, oaky finish. Subtle hint of vanilla.
Very smooth and delicate. Quite enjoyable, though not very intricate.
I'm uncertain if it surpasses the 15 or 8, but it's not bad 😋
Sweetness with a hint of oak. The best I've sampled!
