A balanced Gin by William & Lucy Lowe of Cambridge Distillery in Cambridge, UK, made using locally sourced botanicals, leading to a series of gins with constantly changing recipes. The 2020 release includes juniper & other core botanicals — lemon thyme, lemon verbena & lemon balm. It starts with aromas of fresh herbs & citrus. The middle is rich & elegant with juniper, pepper, Meyer lemon zest, cilantro, earth, basil & mint. It finishes crisp & dry and of medium length with notes of seasonal florals & zesty citrus.
