Lavender and lighter floral and citrus notes at the start, then drier orange/lemon peel and strong juniper. I perceived some rosemary, but upon reviewing the ingredients, it's more thyme and bay leaf. A juniper-heavy finish with some fennel. It's definitely a bit oily, though not as much as the label suggests. The finish is medium length and relatively smooth, yet it reminds you that you're drinking a potent spirit. A really nice gin, I absolutely adore it. The lavender and bay are a wonderful addition, and I've always been a fan of fennel as well. For the price, it's a clear choice. ( juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds, orris root, fennel seeds, lavender, bay leaf, sage, thyme, winter savory, lemon peel )

one of the most pleasant gins I've encountered recently, it distinguishes itself without being overpowering. The touch of lavender is what I believe ties it all together.
