This 2018 edition of Monkey 47's annual Distiller's Cut release incorporates a new botanical into the standard 47 ingredients. Red mustard cress, sourced from Growing Underground in London, is added to the macerate prior to the second distillation. The gin then rests for three months in earthenware containers before being mixed with local spring water and bottled at 47% ABV.
