Cambridge Distillery, a small operation in Cambridge, England, is owned and managed by Will and Lucy Lowe. While the distillery focuses on seasonal and bespoke gins, custom-made for individuals based on their preferences, they have also introduced their main expression, Cambridge Dry Gin. This gin is made with eight botanicals: Macedonian juniper, blackcurrant leaf, basil, rosemary, lemon verbena, rose petals, violet petals, and angelica. Each botanical undergoes individual infusion and distillation in small spirit batches before the final product is bottled at 42% ABV.
