Smells like spicy dill pickle, rotten Granny Smith apples, floral, and a dusty wood barn. It's very easy to drink and highly enjoyable. Definitely worth trying.
Mild floral, decaying wood, and apple sweetness. Not overly complex, but acceptable for sipping and superior in a cocktail.
Less tart apple than anticipated. The oak aging offers an interesting flavor. A subtle raisin note is present.
Aroma: Apple vinegar Palate: Apple, apple mint Finish: Strawberry syrup
Apple, a touch of menthol, and something else. Perhaps dill or fennel.
