Call ila 15 year unpeated

Gentle on the nose, not overwhelmingly peaty like some other Islay spirits. It's smooth, with a whisper of chocolate and fruit aromas, perhaps a hint of strawberry and wood. The oily texture lingers, evoking a wooded pine forest, somewhat untamed. This is my preferred Caol Ila.
