The nose is rich with sherry, dried fruits, and honey. The palate is reminiscent of spicy Christmas cake. The finish is a sweet, lingering chocolate and brandy butter sauce, perfectly complementing the dense Christmas pudding. Delicious!...sometimes I question the value of non-cask strength whiskies.
