Despite being an industrially produced drink, this producer's line stands out. Cachaça Ypióca 5 Chaves is a mix of cachaças aged in oak and chestnut barrels. Its name "Five keys" represents the secrets of its production: 1) careful fermentation; 2) correct aging period; 3) talent in creation; 4) quality of sugarcane; 5) precision in distillation. The combination of these five factors results in a quality cachaça with a spicy, fruity flavor and distinct aromas. The story goes that the first liter of Ypióca cachaça was distilled in Ceará in 1846, and its production has grown continuously since then.
