It holds over 1,000 European, US, and Brazilian noble wood barrels, such as oak, jequitibá, balsam, and chestnut. The goal is to age the cachaça, imparting wood nuances to the aroma and taste for each consumer, ensuring a high-quality, "Premium" product. A permanent chemist, master still, copper anti-corrosion still, and complete infrastructure support the best manufacturing process, from the blend lab to the barrel aging chamber.
