CACHAÇA WILLE CARVALHO

Cachaça Wille began in 2015 with cousins Tiago Flach and Vilson Schneider in Poço das Antas, Rio Grande do Sul. They started the distillery to keep the traditional quality of small, artisanal production. The partners oversee every step, from growing sugarcane to selling the final product. "Wille" honored their grandfather, Pedro Guilherme, called Wille. He grew sugarcane and traded his share for aged spirit from his own barrel. Cachaça Wille now offers Silver Cachaça, barrel-aged versions (grapia, cabriúva, bálsamo, umburana, and oak), and blends. The Wille Carvalho Cachaça Texas Bottle 700ml is 38% ABV, smooth, and dry, perfect neat or in cocktails. Aging it in oak for 18 months creates a distinct flavor. Its stylish bottle also makes it a standout piece.
