Ramiro Miguel 3.5

The name Tiê honors the bird that symbolizes the Atlantic Forest and is renowned globally for its stunning red plumage. Cachaça Tiê originates from Aiuruoca, in southern Minas Gerais, near the Circuito das Águas. It's part of the Terras Altas da Mantiqueira Circuit, the Serra do Papagaio, and the Serra da Mantiqueira State Park, recognized as a top ecotourism destination with a rich history of artisanal cachaça production. Its artisanal production blends traditional methods with essential good manufacturing practices for high quality, featuring a subtly fragrant flavor and aroma. From sugarcane planting to bottling, Cachaça Tiê undergoes strict quality checks. Manual harvesting of the plant, without fire, prevents unwanted compounds during fermentation, which is conducted in stainless steel vats with special yeast for a set duration. The fermented liquid is then distilled in a copper still to create the final product. Only the heart of the distillate is stored in stainless steel and oak barrels, becoming Tiê Ouro or Tiê Prata. Cachaça Tiê Carvalho 700ml is aged for three years in oak barrels for optimal maturation. The cachaça displays a pale golden hue, with caramel aromas, mellow flavors, and a smooth texture. It is robust and contains 42% alcohol. From Cachaçaria Nacional.
