The high altitude, climate, and soil characteristics, combined with agricultural management and biological control, result in excellent sugarcane production and quality. Engenho Chapadão de Minas crafts cachaça by hand, adhering to all requirements of the Manual of Good Manufacturing Practices throughout the manufacturing, storage, aging, and packaging stages. We are dedicated to the art of producing exceptional cachaças.
