Cachaça So Nico, still produced in the city of Dores do Turvo, Minas Gerais, has been crafted for 38 years with passion and commitment. This artistry, passed down from grandfather to grandson, upholds tradition through a completely artisanal method with stringent quality controls, ensuring excellence for enthusiasts. The sugarcane is cultivated on the farm itself and harvested by hand. After milling, the juice undergoes natural fermentation without chemical additives, a significant factor contributing to the cachaça's quality and flavor. Distillation in a copper still completes the production process, followed by aging in noble wood barrels. Cachaça Sô Nicó Jequitibá 670ml is aged in jequitibá barrels for one year. This 42% ABV spirit presents a clear, dense, and bright appearance, with a delicate aroma of floral and fruity notes, and a sweet, smooth, and intense taste. It is an excellent cachaça, full-bodied with balanced acidity, and pairs well with fresh cheese and various fish. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional.
