This cachaça from Sô Nicó, made in Dores do Turvo, Minas Gerais, boasts 38 years of passionate, artisanal production passed down through generations. They grow and hand-harvest their own sugarcane, fermenting the juice naturally without additives, a key factor in its quality. Distilled in copper stills and aged in wood, the Clássica Inox variety is stored in stainless steel tanks. It presents at 42% ABV with a clear, dense, bright look. The aroma is delicately floral and fruity, leading to a taste that is sweet, smooth, and intense.
