Located in Dores do Turvo, Minas Gerais, Cachaça So Nico has been crafted with passion for 38 years. This artisanal tradition, passed down from grandfather to grandson, maintains strict quality control for excellence. The sugarcane is grown and harvested manually on the farm. After milling, the juice undergoes natural fermentation without additives, a key factor in its quality and flavor. Distillation in a copper still concludes the production, followed by aging in noble wood barrels. Cachaça Sô Nicó Amburana, Oak and Jequitibá 750ml is a blend aged for one year and six months in these three woods. At 42% alcohol, the spirit offers fruity notes of almond and vanilla, resulting in a smooth product with an intense color. It pairs well with white chocolate and pork ribs.
