Severina do Popote rivals the finest cachaças from the renowned Salinas region in Minas Gerais. On the nose and palate, it's suited for those desiring the potent taste of balm with herbal undertones, particularly from fennel and anise. It also exhibits remarkable viscosity, evident in the legs forming on the glass's interior. Crafted using direct-fire distillation in a pot still in the Minas Gerais interior, it's a robust, flavorful, and well-balanced cachaça with a superb finish.
