Since then, Engenho has garnered numerous awards across all its product lines, each bearing the mark of master blender Armando Del Bianco. It undergoes natural fermentation using cornmeal, with meticulous attention to sugar concentration. Distillation in a copper still ensures precise fraction separation and product standardization. Cachaça Santuário de Minas Ouro 700ml, with 40% alcohol, is aged two years in oak barrels. Its name honors the Santuário do Caraça, a place near Catas Altas and Santa Bárbara that the producer has frequented since childhood.
