The history of Cachaça Santa Rosa commenced in 1871 under the guidance of the Italian Vito Pentagna. His vision, talent, and heart discovered pure and abundant water in a valley of rare beauty. Through hard work and affection, he embraced the land and was rewarded with abundant fruits. Boldly, Vito imported mills, a water wheel, and a copper still from England and France. Oak barrels also arrived from Europe, alongside examples of American and Brazilian noble wood. More than a beverage, a cachaça revolution was unfolding in Brazil. Production remains artisanal to this day, using a copper still without any metal residue. Cachaça Santa Rosa Extra Premium IV Years Intense 700ml is aged in amburana and jequitibá barrels, typical Brazilian woods. It is light, with 40% alcohol content. It pairs well with succulent and spicy dishes. It can be enjoyed with ice, snacks, or as a digestive with coffee or tea. Flavors of caramel, vanilla, burnt coconut, pleasant woody sweetness, sugar, acidity, and alcohol in the right proportion, rich, good body, intense and elegant, with a long finish.
