The story of Cachaça Santa Rosa began with Vito Pentagna, an Italian immigrant, in 1871. He found a beautiful valley with pure water. Through hard work and care, he cultivated the land and harvested its bounty. Vito boldly imported mills, a water wheel, and a copper still from Europe. He also brought oak barrels from Europe, alongside American and Brazilian hardwoods. This marked a cachaça revolution in Brazil. The production remains artisanal today, using a copper still without metal contaminants. Cachaça Santa Rosa I Year Essence Prata 700ml is aged for six months in stainless steel barrels. It is light with 40% ABV, perfect as an aperitif or for making caipirinhas and mixing with fruit juices.
