The history of Rech Distillery spans four generations, starting in 1938 with Mr. Roberto Rech, who initially produced small quantities of brandy. The fermentation base was molasses from brown sugar processing, the family's primary product. Commercial production began with his son, Mr. Pedro Roberto Rech, in 1950. In 1975, with increased demand for brandy, Mr. Osmar Rech took over, and Sacca became a leading brandy producer in the region. In July 2008, they registered their trademark SACCA, derived from the Latin word for sugarcane genus. The Rech family has been a pioneer in brandy production for over 75 years and is based in Luiz Alves, Santa Catarina. Source: Luiz Alves, SC. Volume: 750ML. Type: Cachaça Ouro, aged in Oak Barrels. This golden cachaça is aged in wood, giving it a noticeable color change. Alcohol Content: 38%.
