A family—Roberto, Araçali, and their kids—sought to memorialize their lineage by crafting CACHAÇA ROZENDO, a tribute to the patriarch Rozendo Pereira Neto. The brand embodies the spirit's vigor, narrative, and legacy, interwoven with the contributions of a devoted follower known locally as Zinho Rozendo. Shortly thereafter, in 2016, the brand took shape, construction of the still commenced, and the groundwork for planting sugarcane was laid. The subsequent year, 2017, saw the initiation of Cachaça Rozendo's production—a handcrafted endeavor by artisans dedicated to preserving the drink's tradition and history. By 2019, the inaugural batches of CACHAÇA ROZENDO were ready for market. And in 2021, the debut of CACHAÇA ROZENDO PREMIUM arrived, a flavor profile infused with a Minas Gerais character. Rozendo Premium European Oak and Chestnut 750ml marks the brand's premier premium cachaça. With 40% ABV, it was meticulously prepared to introduce tasters to novel flavors and scents. This refined blend, matured for 4 years in European Oak and Chestnut—woods indigenous to the Amazon and esteemed for cachaça aging—displays a golden hue, with hints of vanilla and Brazil nuts.
