CACHAÇA RIO DO ENGENHO BLEND 3 MADEIRAS

Cachaça Rio do Engenho, located in Ilhéus, Bahia, originates from land that once housed Brazil's first sugar mill. The sugarcane cultivated there in 1537 for sugar production vanished with the mill, leaving only ruins. However, cultivation was revived in 2005 with a new setup and objective: to create a truly Brazilian distillate from fermented sugarcane juice. The owners relocated from Campinas, São Paulo, to Ilhéus seeking a better quality of life. Farming, plantations, and cachaça had never been part of their lives. Luiz Fernando Galletti, with degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science, attended a master still course by the Technology Center in Cachaça (CTC) in 2004. Initially intending to make a drink for friends as a pastime, the venture grew significantly and became professional. Cachaça Rio Do Engenho Blend 3 Woods is a unique combination of three wood types.
