Siblings embarked on a new venture in 1994, dedicating themselves to a project that came to fruition after extensive research into production methods, gathering data, visiting relevant organizations, distilleries, and vendors, and completing educational programs. Employing an enhanced technique, aligned with the standards of the Minas Gerais Cachaça Law, the inaugural batch of Cachaça Rainha do Vale was produced in 1997. Distilled from choice sugarcane, featuring entirely natural fermentation, a gradual distillation process, and maturation in oak and jequitibá casks. Taste Profile (Oak and Jequitibá): • A pale yellow cachaça, clear and see-through, with viscous legs on the glass. • Gentle scents reminiscent of vanilla and almonds. • Initially sweet flavor, balanced by moderate acidity and proof, finishing with a touch of spice.
