Puri Serra do Brigadeiro Louro Canela 700ml Cachaça rests in new 700-liter casks for a minimum of 12 months and has a 40% alcohol content. It possesses the required qualities to be designated a premium product according to MAPA ordinance 539/2022. Initially, it will be labeled simply as aged, but future batches will be identified as "Barrel-aged Cachaça de Alambique". Puri Louro-Canela has a yellowish hue, is slightly bitter, citrusy, medium-bodied, moderately sharp, and mildly acidic. It leaves a lasting impression with herbal notes.
