This small beverage industry commenced operations in 2019 with the goal of producing premium still cachaça. Construction was interrupted by the pandemic, and its establishment registration with MAPA was secured in 2022. Situated elegantly at the base of picturesque mountains, adjacent to the Serra do Brigadeiro State Park, this agro-industrial venture integrates good manufacturing practices with contemporary concepts of environmental sustainability and respect for nature. Cachaça Puri Serra do Brigadeiro Bálsamo 700ml has a 40% alcohol content and is aged for approximately 18 months in new 700-liter barrels, meeting all regulatory criteria for premium cachaça. Initially classified as "stored," its subsequent batch will be designated "aged and premium." Its greenish-yellow hue reveals strong herbaceous aromas with intense spice notes, such as anise and ginger.
