CACHAÇA PREMISSA CLÁSSICA

The owner comes from a family of cachaça producers and has dedicated extensive studies to the art of making the spirit. He is a professor at the Federal Institute of Northern Minas Gerais (IFNMG) – Campus Salinas, teaching courses in Cachaça Production Technology, the only higher education program in the country focused on the spirit. In 2009, he launched his own business to apply his knowledge. Premissa entered the market seven years later and is now recognized by many as one of the best cachaças in Salinas, consistently establishing itself as a high-quality brand wherever it goes. Cachaça Premissa Tradicional Bálsamo is aged for six years in balsam barrels, a traditional Brazilian wood. It is robust and has an alcohol content of 42%. It has a mild flavor with intense herbaceous aromas. The greenish-yellow color comes from the cerrado wood. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional.
