Located in the city of Pirapora in Minas Gerais, the Pirapora cachaça captures the Brazilian spirit of celebrating life. The brand's quality originates from the land and climate of the region where the sugarcane is cultivated. Its excellence continues through the refined craftsmanship developed over three centuries of producing authentic Minas Gerais cachaça; fermentation is entirely natural, and distillation occurs in an onion-shaped copper still. Taking a sip of Pirapora cachaça is like embracing a piece of sunshine in your soul, envisioning the Pirapora sunset, and experiencing a life well-lived, brightened by the genuine smiles of the local women. Ultimately, Pirapora cachaça, a regional drink from the riverside dwellers, embodies purity. The cachaça has an alcohol content of 42% and is aged in peanut barrels for three years, imparting a very smooth, yellowish tone to the spirit. On the palate, it has an astringent and less acidic taste. Furthermore, this wood enhances the flavor of white cachaça, a spirit often used in drinks that complement citrus elements, like the caipirinha. Cachaça Pirapora Amendoim is visually clear and bright. The aroma presents notes of sugarcane, with a slightly herbaceous and fresh character. It offers a velvety cachaça profile with low acidity, a touch of astringency, mild alcohol presence, and a sweet finish reminiscent of fresh sugarcane. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional & Salinense.
