Created and founded by Walter Carlos Brossel, a connoisseur, researcher, and expert in artisanal cachaças, Cachaça Patuá is the outcome of meticulous care at every production stage and careful aging. The cachaça results from aging artisanal white cachaça in a still, using noble wood barrels, which imparts a smooth aroma and pleasant taste to the product. Cachaça Patuá Carvalho is aged for one year in American oak barrels. It is light and has an alcohol content of 40%. The use of new barrels or those previously used for aging alcoholic beverages like wine, whiskey, and cognac, provides the drink with a variety of aromas and flavors associated with wood. It has a golden hue and a complex aromatic bouquet, with hints of vanilla, coconut, and caramel. Source: Cachaça Patuá website
