Established in 2002 in the cerrado region of Minas Gerais, the distillery is situated in the rural area of Monte Alegre municipality. Production adheres to the strictest standards throughout the process, from natural fermentation and distillation in pot stills to using only the heart cut. COLOR: Ranges from Sicilian lemon to bronze. AROMA: Striking, with characteristics of fruits, nuts, almonds, and wood. TASTE: This is a slightly full-bodied spirit, with the distinct flavor of the chestnut fruit itself, accompanied by a medium to long, very complex finish. ORIGIN: Monte Alegre de Minas MG.
