Production adheres to stringent standards throughout, from natural fermentation and pot still distillation to utilizing only the heart cut. COLOR: Faint yellow. AROMA: Striking, with notes of honey, dried fruits, almonds, and wood. TASTE: Full-bodied, pleasantly sweet, woody, with a medium to long finish. ORIGIN: Monte Alegre de Minas MG. WOOD: Amburana. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 39%. From Cachaçaria Alambique.
