This Cachaça has been handmade for over thirty years on the Cio da Terra farm in the far south of Bahia. This area is known for its great soil and has been producing exceptional sugarcane. The history of this Cachaça is tied to its creator's enterprise. He grew up learning from his mother, who raised and educated her children herself. In the constant pursuit of the perfect flavor, they handcraft the vats and barrels used in production on their own property, allowing them to perfect every detail and innovate, being the first to use jackfruit. This highlights the beauty, colors, textures, and types of wood. This specific Cachaça is aged for six months in stainless steel barrels and is 42% ABV. The name is a tribute from the creator to his mother, who raised eight children alone and was considered a true matriarch.
