Despite the attractive label, this cachaça and its still are not registered or authorized and have been operating illegally since 1989. The still and a producer's restaurant are located in the municipality of Sabará, Minas Gerais state. The still is operated under poor conditions, and the production environment is neither clean nor sanitary. Sensory analysis: transparent color, sweet scents, chlorinated water, absence of sugarcane sweetness, moderate-low acidity, moderate-low finish. Unaged base likely incorporating heads and tails to avoid production loss, a light oak influence.
