I found very little information regarding this cachaça or its producer. I also couldn't locate a technical data sheet. According to the acquaintance who visited the still, the cachaça is handmade with quality standards and ages in oak barrels for 8 years. It's aromatic, with balanced sweetness from sugarcane and wood, acidity, and alcohol, followed by a medium finish.
