I couldn't find much about this cachaça or its maker. No technical data sheet was available either. According to someone who visited the still, the cachaça is handcrafted to high standards and aged in barrels made from three different types of wood. It has an aromatic quality, with sweetness from sugarcane and wood, balanced acidity and alcohol, and a medium finish.
