Dawn Burnette 4.8

This Brazilian cachaça, produced since the 1940s by Anísio Santiago, is a traditional and highly regarded artisanal spirit. It's aged for 12 years in balsam wood from Minas Gerais. With a robust 47% ABV, it offers a rich sensory experience. Visually, it's a clear, bright golden yellow. The nose presents a great herbal aroma and shows perfect viscosity with persistent tears on the glass's edge. The palate is defined by balsam wood, with notes of fennel and aniseed among others. It's very rich, with a noticeable but not bothersome alcohol presence, feeling soft and velvety. It's an excellent choice for those seeking distinct sensory richness in a full-bodied spirit. It has received numerous accolades, including being recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Salinas and being elected the best cachaça in Brazil multiple times.
