Cachaça Flor das Gerais is produced in Felixlândia, in the Central region of Minas Gerais. It is aged for a minimum of 24 months in Jequitibá-Rosa (Cariniana legalis), the initial wood employed by Flor das Gerais for aging its cachaças and the most adaptable of the three. Recommended for savoring neat at room temperature and chilled, as well as for crafting vibrant citrus cocktails. Color: Natural. Translucent with a faint amber hue, nearly imperceptible. Body: Intense sheen. Moderate oiliness with clearly defined "tears." Aroma: A striking vegetal scent of sugar cane, followed by a light sweetness with hints of vanilla and molasses. The alcoholic aroma is subtle, refined. Mouthfeel: Smooth with balanced alcohol, moderate acidity, and subtle bitterness. A prominent, sweet aftertaste, revealing sweet notes. Source: Flor das Gerais.
