Fazenda Jeremias, located in Dores do Turvo/MG, cultivates its own sugarcane without pesticides, harvesting and grinding it daily for fresh, pure juice. The sugarcane juice undergoes fermentation using natural products like corn flour for yeast and aroma, following the traditional Minas artisanal method. Distillation occurs in copper stills, with slow cooling and careful control. Cachaça Fazenda Jeremias Ouro is aged two years in umburana barrels, and Cachaça Fazenda Jeremias Prata is aged two years in Jequitibá barrels. Cachaça Dores do Turvo is aged one year in oak barrels. All are then triple filtered and bottled on the farm. Cachaça Fazenda Jeremias (600ml) is a high-quality product aged in amburana barrels for two years and has a 42% alcohol content. With its still located in Dores do Turvo/MG, Fazenda Jeremias cultivates its own sugarcane fields without pesticides. Once the sugarcane reaches its ideal point, it is harvested manually, without burning. Grinding is done daily, yielding a consistently fresh and pure juice. The sugarcane juice (garapa) goes to fermentation tanks, where the must is formed, always following the traditional Minas artisanal method, using natural ingredients (corn flour) without additives, resulting in the best yeast and aroma. For distillation, the traditional process in copper stills is used. Distilled without haste, the cachaça is then slowly cooled with complete control and care. Cachaça Fazenda Jeremias Ouro is stored in Umburana barrels, and Cachaça Fazenda Jeremias Prata is stored in Jequitibá barrels for two years, while Cachaça Dores do Turvo is aged for one year in genuine Oak barrels, after which both are triple filtered and bottled at the Farm itself for your peace of mind and assurance. Cachaça Fazenda Jeremias 600ml is an exceptionally high-quality product, aged in amburana barrels for two years. Additionally, the distillate has a 42% alcohol content. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional.
