This cachaça, released in 2003 by its creator, a local from the cachaça hub of Minas Gerais, is a mix of spirits aged 4, 8, and 10 years. The blend was then aged for about 6 years in balsam wood. While the producer is licensed in Brazil, it's uncertain if they made this spirit or just combined distillates from elsewhere. Oddly, the same spirit is marketed as two different products with distinct prices, the higher cost attributed to the bottle. However, two other distinct cachaças are already available: one, likely with balsam but lighter in color, and another with amburana wood. Tasting notes: Light yellow color, with hints of herbal, fennel, and anise; it's light, delicate, fresh, and balanced.
