Joesph Warden 3.3

Originating from the town of Pureza in Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, this artisanal cachaça has an annual production capacity of 500,000 liters. It was the first organic cachaça in the state, certified in 2010. It has received multiple accolades, including sustainability awards and gold and silver medals. A key distinction is its self-sufficient sugar cane cultivation and artisanal production process without chemicals. Advanced agricultural practices optimize resources and protect the environment, yielding a superior product. The Prata variant rests in jequitibá wood for 12 months, while the Ouro variant ages in balsam, umburana, and oak for approximately 12 months in each. The process involves rapid grinding of sugarcane, natural fermentation, and distillation in copper stills, focusing on the 'heart' fraction. It presents an alcohol content of 40%, with floral, vegetal notes, and sugarcane sweetness. Information sourced from the Cachaça Extrema website.
