Many suggest that Amburana, a wood unique to Brazil, combined with the distinctive flavor of Engenho Buriti's cachaça, evokes a 'taste of Brazil.' Aging for nearly two years in Amburana imparts a soft yellow hue and a unique flavor profile combining notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and banana aromas.
